Originally from Shaker Heights, Ohio, Liza teaches yoga in Chicago at studios, pop-up events, conferences and office spaces. A registered yoga teacher (RYT 200) and a member of Yoga Alliance, Liza helps her students bring yoga off the mat into their daily lives by fostering a sense of self-compassion and playfulness. As a mother of 2 and a former elementary school teacher, she is fully invested in fitting yoga into a busy lifestyle.
